E- Safety

At Shipton Bellinger, we are aware of the potential dangers that are online for children and adults and promote e-safety across each year group of the school, making sure all children know what to do if they want to keep safe. It may feel worrying to think about and talk about the importance of staying safe online but this page has lots of helpful information, advice and tools to keep every child safe online. Our Online Safety Policy and Acceptable Use Policies can be found on our School Policies page.

We provide our children with a wide range of technology tools to enhance their learning of the curriculum, through the use of tablets, laptops and chromebooks.  Whilst exciting and beneficial both in and out of the context of education, much IT, particularly web-based resources, are not consistently policed and users need to be aware of the range of risks associated with the use of these Internet technologies.
